Who receives which data, and for what: the same list as the privacy notice.

The same list as section 4 of the privacy notice, which is the reference.
Who receives data
| Who | What for | Data |
|---|---|---|
| SMTP2GO | Sends the service's e-mails (address confirmation, password reset) and the news to those who subscribe, through its EU endpoint | Your e-mail address and the content of those e-mails |
| Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) | Processes card payments for top-ups | Your e-mail address and the amount; the card details you type on Stripe's page go to Stripe only |
| Google (Google Workspace) | Hosts the mailbox info@daikolab.ch | The e-mails you write to us |
| Cloudflare | DNS for aitokens.ch: it tells browsers the address of our machine. Traffic does not pass through Cloudflare | The DNS lookups |
Nobody else receives your data, unless the law obliges us.
Where requests are processed
The brain of AI Tokens is in Switzerland: every request arrives at our gateway
there, and there we decide which machine computes it. The models run on
machines in Switzerland, and requests travel to them through an encrypted
tunnel. Your account, keys, credit, usage records and files are in Switzerland
too, on the GigaKube cloud of Daiko Lab SA. Once a request reaches us, not a
single packet of it leaves the Confederation. The X-Zona header of each
answer names the zone that computed it.
What we do not use
- No API from OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Cohere, Google or Microsoft: the models are open-weight and run on the machines we operate.
- No large cloud provider for compute or storage.
- No external error tracking and no third-party analytics.
If a provider that receives customer data is added, this page and the privacy notice change before the provider receives anything.
